1957 was the year in which Pajá began the manufacture of ironmongery and handles for the construction and furniture industry.

All Pajá articles have a 10 YEAR WARRANTY, except for ref. 3580 and 3204/3021 that have VITALITY WARRANTY.

The orders are sent within a maximum period of 15 days after the confirmation of the same. Orders travel at the customer's risk.

We recommend checking the external condition of the order at your reception. In case of any anomalous situation it is obligatory to mention in the transport guide of the carrier.

For any claim it is necessary to submit the purchase invoice and an appropriate use of the products.

For good conservation of Pajá articles, the following considerations must be taken into account:

     - Mount the handles when the doors are applied and varnished;

    - Do not clean with ordinary cleaning products, but only with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth;

   - Do not allow cleaning of compartments with acids after the applied Pajá articles. The acid action will attack all metal materials.

The guarantee conditions will only be accepted if these indications are fulfilled.

The articles are produced with quality raw material, brass (CuZn40Pb2), and final treatment with very hard varnish, with resistance to wear and long hours of resistance to the salt spray, according to the specifications of the supplier, reason why it will remain unchanged for years if the details described above are observed.

We emphasize the previous point when exposed to prolonged actions of marine environment, cement dust or other corrosive environments.

To conserve Stainless Steel (AISI 304 / AISI 316), clean fingerprints, grease and other stains, you can use an appropriate product for Stainless Steel by applying it with a soft dry cloth.

Only exchanges and returns will be accepted when presented within 8 days of delivery of the order.
